Mr. Wampler began his practice in construction law in 1987. For almost 20 years, Mr. Wampler has handled construction disputes in court in several states, before administrative proceedings, and in arbitration. He has a history of service to the legal and business community.  He is the recipient of the Prince George’s County Homeless Project Award and is a past president and a member of the board of directors of the Wheaton-Kensington Chamber of Commerce.
